HAMPTON — The Hampton Roads Convention Center (HRCC) is set to host its final reception for Halls of Art XXV on Feb. 2022, at 6 p.m.
The art gallery celebrates talent from Coastal Virginia areas including local artists from Williamsburg, Poquoson, Hampton, Newport News, Lancaster, and Smithfield.
The artists’ work featured at the event were all chosen by members of the Hampton Public Arts Steering Committee (PASC). This group is composed of Hampton residents from various professional backgrounds, including business, Hampton Arts Commission board members, local residents, and others.
In the gallery, more than 13 art pieces will be available for purchase, as well as in excess of 80 works available for visitors to look at.
Art featured at the HRCC is available for purchase. The art center is currently requesting that any art purchased will be allowed to remain in the building for six months until the exhibit’s end.
The reception is free and open to the public.
