Williamsburg Regional Library’s Dewey Decibel Concert Series to Feature Holiday Concerts in December

WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Regional Library’s (WRL) Dewey Decibel Concert Series will wrap up 2021 with two holiday shows in December at the Library Theater, 515 Scotland Street.

At 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4, lutenist Ronn McFarlane and viola de gamaba player Carolyn Surrick will take to the stage with music from their 2021 album, “A Star in the East”. The show will feature beloved Christmas classics presented with unexpected surprises from these nationally touring artists.

Tickets to the show are $5 for the general public, $4 for Friend’s of WRL. To buy tickets, go to the Dewey Decibel website.

On Dec. 15 at 1 p.m. the LCV Project with Louis C. Vangieri will put a show entitled “An Acoustic Christmas”. Vangieri will present his arrangements of traditional holiday music with his acoustic guitar. There is no charge for admission to this family friendly show.

The WRL has been hosting the Dewey Decibel Concert Series since 1999 with the goal of bringing high quality local, regional and national musicians to Williamsburg.
