Pam McGregor, executive director of The Arc of Greater Williamsburg, spoke with 92.3 FM The Tide about the nonprofit’s 50 year anniversary in 2026, which coincided with moving into a new home in McLaws Circle. The organization serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through programs including life skills, cultural enrichment and caregiver support. McGregor shared how the Arc is continuing its mission and expanding its day programs in its new location. The 17th Annual Williamsburg Landing 5k Run/Walk for the Arc is a major fundraising occasion for the nonprofit, which will be held Saturday, Oct. 3.
