David K. Reed, aged 54, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026.
Born on December 13, 1971, in Yokosuka, Japan, to Catherine W. Payne and Billy D. Reed, David was known for his helpful disposition and quick sense of humor.
He is survived by his sister, Sharon, and brother-in-law, Ken; his niece, Breana (Michael); and a great-niece. His Aunt Dorothy also survives him, along with a host of loving cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
