Frank Martin Rosemeck, 59, of Norfolk

Frank Martin Rosemeck, 59, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away peacefully at his residence on August 22, 2026. He was born on May 21, 1967, in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

Frank lived a life defined by kindness, friendship, generosity, and a willingness to help others. He spent his early years working as a fitness salesman. Later, he enjoyed various handyman and home construction projects, reflecting his dedication to improving lives and building connections. Frank never hesitated to lend a hand and was always willing to help when someone needed it.

Frank enjoyed spending time outdoors and growing his own vegetables, including rosemary, thyme, and garlic. He also enjoyed cooking and never shied away from a good political discussion. Those who knew Frank will remember his warm personality, easy smile, genuine heart, and the conversations and friendships he shared with others.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Harry Rosemeck; his stepfather, Larry Morgan; his mother, Doris Aiello Rosemeck; and his nephew, Jared Whitlow.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Lynn M. Cox (Jeff) of Chase City, Virginia, and June Denardo (Jimmy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his brother, Eric Rosemeck; and his devoted friend and caretaker, Mike English, who resided with him. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.

Frank will be remembered for his easy smile, his genuine heart, and his unwavering belief in forgiveness.

If he were alive today, Frank would remind us all:

“Never hold a grudge — it’s the worst sin to have.”

Frank’s spirit will live on through the kindness he showed, the friendships he built, and the many memories he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.
