Francis Page Norsworthy III, affectionately known as Page, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026, at the age of 60. Born on January 14, 1966, in Virginia, Page lived a life filled with warmth, dedication, and a love for the great outdoors.
Page dedicated his professional life to the food service industry, where his passion for hospitality shone brightly. His career was marked by a commitment to excellence and a genuine care for those he served. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Virginia Tech and later earned his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University, furthering his expertise and lifelong passion for the culinary arts.
Outside of work, Page found joy in nature, embracing the tranquility and adventure it offered. He was an avid camper, fisherman, and hiker, and these pursuits provided him with endless stories and memories. His love for the outdoors was often shared with family and friends, creating bonds that would last a lifetime.
A man of faith, Page was a devoted member of Benn’s United Methodist Church in Smithfield, where he was cherished by his community for his kindness and steadfast spirit.
Page is preceded in death by his father, Francis Page Norsworthy Jr., and his brother, Bryan A. Norsworthy. He leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly: his daughter, Jacqueline Norsworthy; his son, Joseph Norsworthy; his mother, Becky Norsworthy; and his brother, Kevin Norsworthy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will remember his generous heart and unyielding love.
In keeping with his wishes, a private burial ceremony will be held to honor his memory.
Though he has departed from this world, the spirit of Francis Page Norsworthy III lives on in the memories of those he touched and the legacy of kindness and enthusiasm he leaves behind.
