Timothy Joseph Cinatti, 62, passed away peacefully at home in Virginia Beach, Virginia in the early morning hours of May 27, 2026.

Born on June 9, 1963, in New York, Tim was the son of the late Douglas Cinatti and the late Lorraine Kearney. He grew up in New Jersey alongside his beloved sister, Kelly, and graduated from Wallington High School in 1981. In 1997, Tim met the love of his life, Owen. Together they built a life of adventure, love, and laughter.

Tim will be remembered as a devoted partner to Owen Farrell for nearly 29 years, a beloved brother to Kelly DeMarco and her husband, Daniel and a loving Uncle to his nieces Kristie DeMarco-Soto and Shannon DeMarco-Laubsch as well as his late nephew, Daniel K. DeMarco and all their families. He was a cherished family member, friend, and colleague whose kindness and generosity touched the hearts of many.

Tim built a successful career in the import and export industry, earning the respect of his colleagues through his knowledge, fairness, and strong work ethic. He was known as a thoughtful leader, a trusted friend, and someone who would happily lend a helping hand.

Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoyed traveling, cooking, music, sports, and spending time with those he loved. Together, he and Owen visited over 40 states, and countless other destinations. A devoted fan of the Cincinatti Bengals & New York Jets, he passionately discussed statistics, fantasy football, and his hatred for the Dallas Cowboys. Passionate about music, Tim introduced friends to British & Alternative bands and could often be found on the dance floor. He had a lifelong love for animals, opening his heart and home to many beloved pets over the years. His compassionate nature compelled him to support animal rescues, children’s charities, disaster relief efforts and more.

Above all, Tim was known for his kindness, intelligence, generosity, and sense of humor. Through love, friendship, compassion, and unwavering support for others, his memory holds a place in the hearts of all who loved him. He will be deeply missed.
