Randy Lee Heim, 67, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 9, 2026.
Born on September 25, 1957, Randy was a lifelong native of Virginia Beach. He made his living as a painter and general handyman, known for his strong work ethic and willingness to lend a hand whenever it was needed. Randy took pride in his work and in helping others, often being the person friends and family could count on to get the job done.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond W. Heim and Phyllis D. Heim, as well as his brother, Jerry Heim.
Randy is survived by his loving girlfriend, Nancy Reyes; his brother, Raymond Heim Jr. and his wife, Tamela Heim; his sister, Peggy Duke and Gino; his nephews, Jeff Duke and his fiancée, Jessica Reed, and Matt Duke and his wife, Debra; as well as his great-nieces and nephews, Wyatt and Lilly.
Randy will be remembered for his hardworking nature. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
