Mary Charles Snyder, 84 of Williamsburg, VA passed away on February 10th, 2026. She was born on August 17th, 1941 in Waynesville, NC. She was a cherished Wife, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Snyder. Father Ralph Sisk; Mother Sara Sisk; sister Jean, sister Henrietta, Brother Dowell.
She is survived by Daughters Tammy Thompson (Kenney), Teresa Michonski (Bernie), and Dawn Owens. Sister-in-law Louise (Missy) Coward and Brother-in-law Bud Snyder. Grandchildren Brian Steffen (Brook), Sean Steffen, Niki Thompson, Nikki Boyters (Ricky), Michelle New, Lindsey Snyder, Nephews Burt Sharp (Karen), Donald Coward and Tim Coward (Sae); Nieces Pam Gragg, Kelly Snyder, Kris Snyder, her 11 great grandchildren. Mary worked at A&N for many years and at DAV.
Mary loved to go to Nascar Races with her family and take trips to Florida, she also enjoyed playing golf with her husband Bill. She really enjoyed doing family barbecues. She also loved watching hallmark movies and talking on the phone. Mary also liked talking about the times and places she lived in NC.
Mary loved gospel and Elvis Presley and country music, Conway Twitty, George Jones and others.
