Peggy Alberta Clawson Dean, 92, of Henrico County, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, following a brief illness.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton Henry Clawson and Clarice Rose Revere Clawson; her husband of 46 years, Roger Allen Dean Sr.; her siblings Margie Eubank, Jane Atkins, Faye Clawson, and Clayton Clawson Jr.
She is survived by her children: Wanda Dean Roberts (Danny), Connie Dean Douberly, Roger Dean (Jackie), and Yvonne Dean Parsley (Mike); as well as ten cherished grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Peggy enjoyed a fulfilling 18-year career as a programmer planner with General Electric before earning her cosmetologist license and continuing to serve others with her talents. A woman of deep faith, she was a longtime and faithful member of Hunton Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Hunton Baptist Church, 11660 Greenwood Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059.
