Raymond Francis Rillo, 45, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2025. He was born on November 10, 1979, to Angelina and Reynaldo Rillo.
Raymond attended Ibayo Estacion Elementary School in the Philippines before returning to the United States. A proud member of Ascension Catholic Church, he carried his faith with him throughout his life.
Raymond was known for his kind and gentle spirit. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, sharing laughter and their mutual love of video games. With his easygoing nature and warm smile, he found joy in life’s simple pleasures—his favorite color, navy blue, a bowl of popcorn, and especially his mom’s delicious cooking.
He will be remembered for his loving heart, quiet strength, and the happiness he brought to all who knew him. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Raymond was preceded in rest by his father, Reynaldo Rillo, and sister, Abigail Rillo-Trujillo. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Angelina Rillo; brother, Ryan Rillo and his wife, Cari; sisters, Anna Coburn and her husband, Bud, and Anne Joya and her husband, Erwin; brother-in-law, Michael Trujillo Jr.; and his beloved nieces and nephews—Andrew, Raquel, Bianca, Erin, Chael, Harper, and Aubree.
