Camarrie Tyreese Holmes, 16, of Williamsburg

Camarrie Tyreese Holmes (Whiting’s Funeral Home)

Suddenly and unexpectedly, Camarrie Tyreese Holmes was called from labor to his rest. The chapters of his life were completed early, but he was the Master’s choice to answer the call. He was born on September 5, 2008, to Brittaney Holmes and Herbert Anderson III.

He attended Jamestown High School, where he was a junior. Camarrie was a very quiet and lovable child. He was a joy to be around, and his siblings adored him. Camarrie loved football and basketball. Even though his life was shortened, he will never be forgotten by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his aunt Carletha McCray.

Camarrie leaves to cherish his fond memories, his mother Brittaney Holmes; father Herbert Anderson III; three brothers, Damarrie, Tacarrie, and Kesiah; grandparents, Vinetta Holmes, John Robinson, Alvene Anderson, Herbert Moore, and Rick Watson; aunts, Janessa Holmes, Kisha Andrews, and Lakisha Anderson; uncles, O’Brian McMiller, Michael Holmes, and Dwight Holmes; special cousins who were dear friends, James McCray Jr., and Shamar McCray; and a host of other relatives and friends.
