Shauna B. Fulton, age 51, of Hampton, Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, due to complications related to Rett Syndrome.
Born on December 16, 1973, Shauna was a radiant soul whose strength and spirit deeply touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Though her journey was shaped by the challenges of Rett Syndrome, Shauna lived a remarkable life filled with love, courage, and quiet wisdom. She surpassed expectations at every turn, bringing joy and inspiration to her family and community.
Shauna is lovingly remembered by her devoted parents, Bennie and Flora Fulton; her brother, BK Fulton; and her sister, Devora Brooks. Her family takes comfort in knowing that Shauna’s legacy of grace and resilience will continue to shine brightly in their hearts.
A service to remember and celebrate Shauna’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, at First Baptist Church – East End. Entombment to follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens. Ms. Fulton may be viewed on Monday beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Shauna’s memory to organizations supporting individuals with Rett Syndrome.
