Frederick Carlton Packer, Jr., born on November 24, 1956, in Virginia, passed away on September 8, 2024, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 67.
Frederick dedicated his life to the craft of residential construction and home improvements as a self-employed subcontractor. Through hard work and determination, he built a career that spanned many years until his well-earned retirement in 2014.
Frederick was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Carlton Packer, Sr., his mother, Mabel Watson Moses Packer, and his sister, Betty Juanita Packer. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication in his surviving family: his son Frederick Carlton Packer, III, and grandson Frederick Carlton Packer, IV, both of Virginia Beach, Virginia, as well as his sister, Jean Packer Burke, of Cary, North Carolina.
Although no services are scheduled to take place, Frederick’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His life serves as an inspiration, reminding us of the value of hard work, dedication, and the enduring bonds of family.
