Ashley Leanne Dawn Marshall was born September 09, 1993, and was called home May 31, 2024. She was 30 years old.
Ashley’s worked in customer service her whole adult life in the town of West Point. Ashley enjoyed fishing and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She loved listening to music especially country music that her father used to listen to. Ashley loved the mystical things rainbows and unicorns and her favorite color was pink. Ashley was extremely close with her siblings, and Ashley’s biggest fan was her mama. She was able to keep your secret close to her heart and when she believed in something even if it was by herself she stood her ground to the very end. Ashley was never judgmental, and she just loved loving the person that you are, the good, bad, and ugly.
Ashley was the kindest person you’ll ever meet she had the biggest heart, and always helping others before herself. Ashley was able to make a personal connection with young and old alike. Ashley had a child like wonder about her and it would always bring the kid out of you. It is true what they say the good die young, and Ashley was as pure as they come. She was preceded in death by her father, Brian D Marshall; her grandmother, Eppie P Smith; her grandfather, Douglas C Marshall, and step grandfather, J Robert Hall.
Ashley is survived by her grandmother, Rose Hall; her mother, Susan K Marshall; her stepfather, J Mike Creech, her siblings, Christian, April and James, Michael, Mandi; her fiancée, Nathan Nuckols; her nieces and nephews Destiny, Phoenix, Joey, and Hailey, and many of her adoring aunts, uncles and extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, 2 p.m. at Vincent Funeral Home in West Point VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. All are welcome to come and celebrate Ashley Marshall’s life.
