Bruce E. Parham Sr., 67, of Newport News

Bruce E. Parham Sr., of Newport News, Virginia, passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 67.

Bruce was born on July 17, 1956, in Hampton, Virginia. He grew up in the Hampton Roads area and was a graduate of Poquoson High School. He later started his career as an HVAC Mechanic, serving the community at Riverside Regional Medical Center for an impressive 50 years before retiring. He was known for his exceptional work ethic and commitment to his profession.

Outside of work, Bruce found joy in his passions. He cherished his motorcycle rides, had a deep love for cars, with a special fondness for beautiful, All – American Chevrolets, and above all, he treasured moments spent with his beloved family. Bruce was known for his kind heart, and big personality. He easily made friends everywhere he went, and never knew a stranger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Rose Parham.

Left to cherish his memory are his dearly loved wife of 47 years, Sandra Parham; children, Bruce Parham Jr. and April Bridges; grandchildren, Kyrie Annabel Rose Bridges, Kingston Parham, and Bruce “Trip” Parham III; siblings, Herbert Parham Sr. (Sherry), Drew Parham, and Carol Rohrbach (Bobby); his poodle pup, Ella Marie; and many more close friends and family.

Bruce will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the love he shared with those around him. Though we know Bruce is safe in Heaven with Sassy and SoCo by his side, he will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.
