Paulette W. Bednarick, of Glen Burnie, MD formerly of West Point, VA passed away on Saturday, September 30th, 2023.
Paulette worked in grocery stores for over 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bednarick; her mother, Ruth Eda Wilkens; her father, Hubert Wilkens; her sisters, Ruth Ann Jarvis, and Lois Renfrow. Paulette is survived by her daughter, Nanette B. Ross and her husband Michael F. Ross; her brother, Hubert Lynn Wilkens; her sister-in-law, Margie Chamberlain; and many nieces and nephews.
She loved cooking for her family and friends and sneaking meals, especially made for a special little guy named Hunter, her daughter’s Rat Terrier. After her husband passed away, she went to live with her daughter and son-in-law. She loved spending time with her grand puppies Jasmine and Jasper.
Paulette loved experiencing new things and going to new places. In 2018, she had the opportunity to take a cruise and tour St. Maartin. She commented that she had never seen water that blue. Lastly, she loved the beach. The family would take yearly trips to Nags Head and sit on the beach. Paulette will be missed by all the lives she touched, and those lives are better to have had her. She is now present in Heaven with our Lord, and her husband, Ron.
