Brigitte Anni Klug, 76 of Mascot, VA. passed away peacefully surrounded by her adoring family on March 31, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Ester Reichel.
Brigitte was an avid New York Yankees fan and rarely missed a game. She was a “competitive” Rummy player who played to WIN! Family fun and outdoor barbecues were her favorite. She loved the outdoors and could often be found sitting outside on her deck soaking up the sun with her loyal fur baby, Shadow.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Markus Klug; and her two brothers, Bernd and Karlheinz.
Brigitte is survived by her son Glenn Klug and his wife Jennifer who loved her like a mother; her cherished daughter Kerstin Klug and her dedicated fiancé Neil Gray; one brother and best friend Ewald (Sandra); She was a doting Oma to her 6 grandchildren, Josh, Azaria, Carleigh, Gavin, Markus and Mario. Brigitte is also survived by a special family friend, Mike Redford who was always there for her when she needed him, for which the family is eternally grateful. She will be missed dearly and thought of often by those who loved her.
