Marvin Anthony “Mikey” Tabb, 63, of Charles City, Virginia, beloved son, brother, uncle, godfather, cousin, and friend, entered into eternal rest on March 9, 2023.
Mikey was born on January 12, 1960 to Donnice C. Jones and the late William H. Tabb Sr.
He attended Charles City County Public Schools and after school he began his long-time career as a logger until his health began to decline. Mikey loved watching WWE and the San Francisco 49ers, riding his lawnmower, raising his animals, and cooking his famous fried potatoes.
Mikey is preceded in death by his father, William H. Tabb Sr., sisters, Justina Johnson and Jenell Tabb, his brother Andre Tabb.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his mother Donnice C. Jones, six sisters; Fostina Bradby (Eric), Gayle Bowman (Glenn), of Providence Forge, Cynthia Tabb, Sharon Jones of Charles City, Carolyn Council (Walter) of Newport News, and Shelly Crawley of Henrico, three brothers; William H. Tabb (Althelia) of Varina, Lloyd and Douglas Tabb of Charles City, Godson Terrell Tabb Jr., his Fur Baby “Dottie”, devoted cousin Edwine Crewe, devoted friends “The Evelyn Crew”, Jamie Marable, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023, at Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge, VA.
