PROVIDENCE FORGE — On Wednesday, May 4, 2022, Gail Jeneice Paige gained her wings and was called home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred Westmore and Mary Maude Harris, sisters Emma Johnson, Iris Taylor, brother Russell Harris, nephews Vernon Johnson, Jeffrey Johnson, Claiborne Williams Jr., Michael Harris Jr., and a grandson Diondre Miles.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Thomas Paige, four daughters Jeneice Ortiz (Ralph), Lynnell Miles (Dion), Denise Jones, and Dionne Whitaker (Jeffrey) grandchildren: Khaila Pressey, Amanda Ortiz, Chelsea Ortiz, Dequante Miles, Dionte Miles, Ashton Ortiz, Kaiden Jones, Jai Whitaker, Paige Jones and Daeveon Miles, sisters: Lois Williams, Macklene Chappell (Noah), brothers: Roger Harris (Esther), Leon Harris (Patricia), Calvin Harris (Debra), and Michael Harris (Crystal): sisters-in-law Christine Shields, Joyce Junius, Bernice Adkins (Byron Sr.), and Joan Carter, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
A viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00p.m. Monday May 9, 2022, at Vincent Funeral Home 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140. Services will be held 1:00p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Parrish Hill Baptist Church, 12401 John Tyler Memorial Hwy, Charles City, VA 23030. She will be laid to rest at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 14321 Sandy Point Road, Charles City, VA.
