TOANO — John Lee Walker, Sr., 52, of Toano, passed away on January 9, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Lee Walker Jr., and his parents, Daniel Walker Jr. and Parish Lee Dixon.
He will be missed by his brothers, Daniel Walker (Holly) and Allen Walker (Linda), his 6 children, his 9 grandchildren, and his large extended family.
Always straightforward and a hard worker, John owned his own landscaping business. He was a loving and kind person to everyone, including his family.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 16 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. Due to Covid restrictions, the family will have a private service.
