HAMPTON — Jeffrey K. Welling, 47, of Hampton, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021. He was the beloved son of Pat and Bruce Welling, and loving older brother to Christopher Welling. He is survived by his two daughters, Aiden Welling and Riley Welling; and his grandson, Lucas Bollinger. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him so much. Jeff loved to build military and NASCAR models, attend NASCAR races, garden, and spend time with his daughters and grandson. The walls of his home were lined with pictures of his children and the artwork given to him by the children through the years. A Celebration of Life will be held soon on a date to be determined in Chesterfield County, VA.
