A visitation for Jeffery will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, Virginia. A visitation will occur Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 99 E. Mercury Blvd., Hampton, Virginia. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 99 E. Mercury Blvd., Hampton, Virginia.
