WILLIAMSBURG — Our beloved Glenn Chester “Boo-Boo” Johnson Jr., 52, entered into eternal rest Friday, Sept. 4, 2020, at Chippenham Hospital, Richmond. Boo-Boo, as he was fondly called, was born June 27, 1968, to Annette Washington and the late Glenn Chester Johnson Sr.
At an early age, Glenn confessed Christ as his Personal Savior and joined Mount Ararat Baptist, Williamsburg.
Educated in the York County public schools, Glenn graduated with the Class of 1988 from Bruton High School. After graduating, he attended Job Corps in Washington, D.C. He was employed by Heritage Oaks Senior Living Facility.
Boo-Boo was a loving, caring and compassionate person. He always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter; sister; nephews; and cousin, L.J. Most of all, Glenn looked forward to coming home to Mama’s good cooking.
He leaves to cherish precious memories with his two loving daughters, Ashley and Amber Johnson, and their mother, Robin; mother, Annette Washington (Floyd); sister, Lynette Williams (Earnest); nephews, Isaiah and Daniel Williams; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
