Samuel Todd Morgan Sr., 58, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020. He was born June 1, 1961, in Virginia Beach.
He graduated from First Colonial High School. Samuel was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Virginia Beach police officer and a merchant seaman with 20 years of services. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Samuel leaves to cherish his memories with a host of relatives and friends.
