William L. “Bill,” “Billy” Temple, 68, of Lanexa, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2019.
Bill was truly an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was active in his church, serving as a deacon and on several committees.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mildred Temple.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Valerie S. Temple; son, Christopher Temple; sister, Cindy Diggs; and three brothers, Tommy, Keith and Matthew Temple.
A celebration of life will be held at noon, Aug. 24, at Tsena Commocko Baptist Church, 2401 Tsena Road, Providence Forge. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
