Kevin Joseph McLaughlin, 50, passed away February 1, 2016, in his home.
Born in Atlantic City, NJ, he was a Construction Superintendent and currently employed by Virginia Beach School Board.
Left to cherish his memory: his parents, Bill and Diane McLaughlin; his brother, Barry McLaughlin; and a huge extended family.
