Elias John Kokolis, 22, of Williamsburg, passed away suddenly on Friday January 22, 2016.
Elias is preceded in death by his grandparents, Marinos Kokolis, Kaliopi Kokolis and Ioulia Stavropoulos.
He is the beloved son of John and Pinilopi Kokolis; adored brother of Marinos (Athena) Kokolis, Giorgos (Emma Grace Hagaman) Kokolis, Nikolaos Kokolis, and his twin brother Adoni Koklis; and cherished uncle of Penelope, Ioannis, Elias, Andreas, and Elias Kokolis. Elias also leaves behind his girlfriend Lauren Ashley Stacks, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends that will greatly miss him.
Elias was a devoted member of Saint Demetrious Greek Orthodox Church, owner of Astronomical Restaurant, was hard working, soft spoken, had a big heart, and loved his family.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 28 at Saint Demetrious Greek Orthodox Church, 4900 Mooretown Road, Williamsburg, where a funeral service will also be held at noon Friday, January 29.
Interment will follow in Williamsburg Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Saint Demetrious Greek Orthodox Church, 4900 Mooretown Rd., Williamsburg.
