Pat Keeffe, 82, lifelong teacher and coach who loved a good story

Pat Keeffe, born December 16, 1933, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 2, 2016 in Virginia Beach. He is now reunited with Ann, his wife of 36 years, after losing a short, intense battle with cancer.

Coach Keeffe is survived by his daughter and three sons, Shannon, Kevin, Douglas, and Mark, 6 rowdy grandkids, Maddie, Dustin, Alex, Bryn, Faith, and Luke, his youngest brother Denny, and loving companion Pat Henry.

A lifelong teacher and coach, this 52-year Virginia Beach native lived a full life. Pat loved a good story. The story of his life is written in the hearts and memories of the many lives he touched.

Please join the family this Friday, January 8, 2016, 5:00 to 7:00 PM, in a celebration of Pat’s life at H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., 2002 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, 23454.
