Belva Darlene Smith, of Williamsburg, died April 29, 2015, at the age of 78.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Tsena Commocko Baptist Church, 2401 Tsena Road, Providence Forge, VA 23140.
