
Leonard F. Wagner, of Williamsburg, died July 30, 2014, at the age of 93.
He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a combat pilot who flew many combat missions in the South Pacific and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was also a devoted member of Hickory Neck Episcopal Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel and his sister, Loretta.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Janice; sons, Stephen and his wife, Eunice, James and his wife, Kristina and Johnathan; and grandchildren, Nicole, Katharine and Jesse.
Viewing will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at Hickory Neck Episcopal Church, 8300 Richmond Rd., Toano, VA 23168, with a service following at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at the church cemetery.
