Elisa Marie Rosette Sharpe grew up in Newport News, then met and married Paul E. Sharpe on Oct 8, 1994, in Williamsburg, where the couple lived the rest of their lives.
Mrs. Sharpe died March 28, 2014, at the age of 53.
Her greatest accomplishments in life were her ability to share her love and laughter and in helping others achieve happiness and a better quality of life.
She was born Aug. 13, 1960, to Robert L. and Ivelise E. Rosette in Bethesda, Md. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ive and brother, Tommy Clayton.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; father, Bob Rosette, of Williamsburg; sons, Kenny, David and John Sharpe; grandchildren, Molly and Paul Lee Sharpe; brothers, Ken Clayton, of Virginia, Robert Clayton of Florida and Jack Rosette of North Carolina; sisters, Linda Sutton and Donna Newsome, both of Georgia; many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2014at Nelsen’s Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg. at Nelsen’s Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2014, at the funeral home.
