Fred Alwin Lewis, husband of Thomasine Lewis, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Saint Francis Nursing Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert S. and Mildred Lewis.
Mr. Lewis may be viewed at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Yorktown. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. following the viewing.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Whiting’s Funeral Home, in honor of Mr. Lewis.
