Daniel Lee “Boone” Jefferson died peacefully Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Whiting’s Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Charles City, with the Rev. George Magazine officiating. Interment will follow at the Wade Cemetery.
