Annual PIPE Concert returns to aid residents with inadequate plumbing

WILLIAMSBURG —A nonprofit is hosting a concert with local musicians in an effort to raise funds to provide indoor plumbing for low-income area residents.

The 12th annual PIPE (Providing Indoor Plumbing for Everyone) Concert will be held Sunday, June 26 on the green space on High Street next to Revolution Golf and Grille.

Johnny St. Claire will take the stage at 3:15 p.m., followed by Good Shot Judy from 4-7 p.m.

The concert is organized by Housing Partnerships, Inc., a 501(c)(3) that provides home repair services for low-income households in the Historic Triangle. All proceeds will go towards the PIPE program and provide gap funding for residents with inadequate plumbing.

Pre-sale tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Housing Partnerships, Inc. website. The event will be held rain or shine.

In addition to music, the event will offer food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the music.
