WILLIAMSBURG— Mardi Gras returns to Busch Gardens Williamsburg starting Jan. 24 and running through March 9.
The park promises Big Easy entertainment, over 40 Cajun flavors and thrilling coasters every Friday through Sunday and Presidents Day.
This year, the festivities will feature two all-new shows — “Carnaval Imaginique: A Golden Jubilee Spectacular” and “The Craw Daddies,” the park said. “Carnaval Imaginique: A Golden Jubilee Spectacular” is described as “a captivating cirque show filled with singers, dancers and breathtaking stunts in the Globe Theatre,” while “The Craw Daddies” features “high-energy drummers delivering electrifying beats that brings the heart of the French Quarter to Busch Gardens.”
The park added that the two all-new shows are paired with returning shows including the Mardi Street Party and the Bourbon Street Brigade.
Visitors can also savor the flavors of the bayou with over 40 menu items, including new additions like the Catfish Po’Boy and Cajun Shrimp Boil, alongside returning items like handcrafted cocktails and warm beignets, the park said.
