WILLIAMSBURG — Welcome home Tribe alumni! The annual homecoming weekend officially got underway on Oct. 17 with one of William & Mary’s biggest traditions: the homecoming parade.
Students, staff, clubs, fraternities, sororities, and the pep band walked from Merchants Square to Zable Stadium to welcome back Tribe members from every decade. From a float competition to T-shirts being handed out along Richmond Road, the Tribe pride could be felt by all.
The homecoming football game against Elon, slated for this afternoon at 3:30 p.m., is expected to cause traffic delays in and around the area of Zable Stadium.
Tickets for the game are still available and can be found through the Tribe Athletics Ticket Office.
