WILLIAMSBURG — Streamline Roofing announced the completion of its annual Raise the Roof community project, and this year’s recipient is the Jamestown 4-H Educational Center.
The local nonprofit suffered severe storm damage in March to one of its main buildings. Williamsburg’s Streamline Roofing provided the roof replacement at no cost.
“4-H holds a special place in our hearts,” said Liz Heath, Director of Marketing at Streamline Roofing. “Many of our team members’ children have attended camps at Jamestown 4-H, and we’ve seen firsthand the impact this organization has on the Williamsburg community. We’re proud to play a small part in the strong community rallying behind 4-H.”
Raise the Roof is now in its eighth year. The company said the project was made possible thanks to key supplier sponsors Beacon Building Supply and CertainTeed.
