WILLIAMSBURG — The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet on the William & Mary campus in Williamsburg on Sept. 21-23 to conduct regular business of the board.
The schedule is as follows, according to a William & Mary press release:
- Committee meetings will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday in the Alumni House at 500 Richmond Road and are scheduled to conclude at 6 p.m. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the board will meet in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building for the pinning of new members and dinner with President Rowe in the Great Hall of Sir Christopher Wren Building will immediately follow.
- On Thursday, committee meetings will resume at 8:45 a.m. in the Alumni House and are set to conclude at 5:15 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the Board will attend a reception and dinner for retired board members in the Sir Christopher Wren Building.
- On Friday, committee meetings will resume at 8:00 a.m. in the Alumni House. The full Board meeting will begin at 9:15 a.m. and conclude at noon, followed by lunch. The board will then meet at approximately 1:30 p.m. at the Sadler Center to attend a dedication of the Sadler West Expansion with members of the Parent Family Council.

All times are approximate, and the board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meeting is open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment, according to the release.
