A fire hydrant replacement will result in the partial closure of N. Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach starting at 7 a.m. Sunday, March 1, according to a press release .
Officials say to safely facilitate the work, the outside southbound lane of N. Great Neck Road between Wimbledon Point Drive and Falcon Crescent will be closed.
Warning signs will be posted advising motorists of the utility work. Area residents will have access to their properties at all times. This work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. the same day; weather permitting.
