Have you seen this man? Police say he’s missing and there are concerns for his safety

James City County Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man missing since Saturday.

Charles Wayne Cooper, 26, was last seen on foot at 3 a.m. Saturday in the 6600 block of Richmond Road, at the Lightfoot 7-Eleven, James City County Police spokeswoman Stephanie Williams said.

Cooper is considered “endangered” because police have concerns for his safety and wellbeing, Williams said.

Anyone who has seen Cooper or know of his whereabouts should contact the James City County Police Department at 757-566-0112.
