Sorry, ghouls and goblins.

If you were planning to go trick-or-treating in Colonial Williamsburg Friday, it’s going to have to wait until Sunday.

Colonial Williamsburg has rescheduled Friday’s trick-or-treating event on Duke of Gloucester Street because of inclement weather in the forecast, the foundation said in a news release Thursday.

Those with tickets for the Friday event will now be able to trick-or-treat Sunday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday’s trick-or-treating will proceed as-scheduled, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Those with Friday tickets cannot trick-or-treat on Saturday because of capacity limitations.

Trick-or-treating is hosted under Colonial Williamsburg’s fourth-annual Haunting on DoG Street, which features ghost tours, evening programs, museum talks and trick-or-treating in the Historic Area.
