NORFOLK — Every year for the past 30 years the Hope House Foundation has hosted the Stockley Gardens Arts Festival.
This free fall festival takes place twice a year at Stockley Gardens in Norfolk’s historic Ghent neighborhood, once in May and once in October with this year’s October dates being Oct. 20-21.
The event will feature more than 120 artists, musicians and food vendors as well as special activities for children throughout the weekend with clowns, magicians, musicians and art activities.
According to the Hope House website, the money raised during these events helps pay for rent, transportation, food, furnishing, unmet medical care and more for people with intellectual disabilities.
The festival will start at 10 a.m. and go until 5 p.m. both days.
