VIRGINIA BEACH — To highlight the city’s challenges with stormwater infrastructure, recurrent flooding and sea-level rise, we’ve created an interactive map that allows you to view images of flooding in the city during the month of September.
Many of the images were sourced from you — our readers — and represent a mosaic of the community’s experiences with recent water inundation in Virginia Beach.
