There’s still time to register for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half-Marathon

VIRGINIA BEACH — The Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series will take place here on Sept. 1 and 2.

Here’s a rundown.

Humana Health & Fitness Expo:

• Time/date: Friday, Aug. 31: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 1: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Location: The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Halls B, C, D
• No registration needed

 Mile on the Sand:

• Time/date: Saturday, Sept. 1, 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
• Location: On the Beach at 19^th Street

Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll 5K:

• Time/date: Saturday, Sept. 1, 7 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
• Location: 21^st Street & Atlantic Avenue
• You can register here.

Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll – Half Marathon:

• Time/date: Sunday, Sept. 2, 7 a.m.-12 p.m.
