The Williamsburg Book Festival is accepting applications from authors who would like to exhibit at this year’s event.
The festival will feature a book fair, workshops and a keynote presentation by Dr. William Kelso, author of “Jamestown: The Truth Revealed” and director of archaeology for Jamestown Rediscovery at Historic Jamestowne.
The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary St.
Authors can apply to exhibit at www.WilliamsburgBookFestival.org. The application deadline is May 31.
“The selection process is based on offering festival attendees with an assortment of subjects/genres, high-quality books, and authors who are serious about their craft – both experienced and emerging,” said Greg Lilly, founder of the festival, in a news release.
The jury will make its selections and notify apllicants in June, the release said.
