Warmer weather might be heading to Virginia Beach and Williamsburg by mid-week

The National Weather Service is predicting that Williamsburg will receive spring-like temperatures by Wednesday.

Tuesday has been overcast, with temperatures ranging from the lower to mid 40s in Virginia Beach, according to NWS meteorologist Jon McGee.

Williamsburg can expect to see slightly warmer and sunnier conditions, with temperatures reaching 46 degrees.

There is no chance of precipitation for the rest of week and it’s unlikely that temperatures will drop, McGee said.

“We can expect temperatures to go up mid-week,” McGee said, adding temperatures in Virginia Beach are predicted to reach up to 67 degrees, and in the neighborhood of 70 degrees in Williamsburg by Wednesday.
