NORFOLK — Two teenagers are accused of murdering a 19-year-old man in Ballentine Place on Tuesday afternoon.
Police believe the 17-year-old boys shot and killed 19-year-old Daquan D. Davis around 2 p.m. in the 2800 block of Harrell Avenue.
Davis was brought to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he died shortly after arriving.
Police are not naming the teenagers because they are juveniles; however, they have released that both are charged with second-degree murder and using a gun in the commission of a felony. They are currently in custody in the Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center.
