NORFOLK — In the second fatal shooting in the city since Sunday, a 19-year-old man was found dead Tuesday afternoon in Ballentine Place, police said.
Officers arrived at the 2800 block of Harrell Avenue shortly after 2 p.m. where they found Daquan D. Davis of Newtown Road wounded.
Davis was brought to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he died shortly after arriving.
