VIRGINIA BEACH — A portion of Lynnhaven Parkway will be reduced to one lane in each direction beginning Monday night.
Utility work at the intersection with Kings Arms Drive will begin on Oct. 16 and is expected to be complete by Oct. 26. The work will begin each night at 9 p.m. and last until 5 a.m.
The city says residents will have access to their homes at all times.
